Meanwhile in Milan, they have this 11m high middle finger sculpture in front of the stock exchange in Milan since 2010. It was there for a temporary art exhibition, but when it got extended, the guy in charge of the stock exchange apparently got really pissed with it and asked the city to remove it. Then the artist gifted the sculpture to the city at the condition that it stays forever in this place. As of 2021 it hasn't moved. I'm pretty sure there's a good moral to be made about this.
